Orrubiolos, rujolos, brugnolos, turonzos, bubusones de regottu… comunque vogliate chiamarli sono dei dolcetti deliziosi, realizzati con un goloso impasto a base di ricotta fresca, che viene profumato e colorato con l’aggiunta della scorza grattugiata di arancia e limone, e di un pizzico di zafferano. Potete scegliere eventualmente se utilizzare delle ricotte più saporite come quella di pecora o di capra.
Nella nostra ricetta vi proponiamo di decorare gli arrubiolus con lo zucchero a velo, ma a vostro gusto potete utilizzare il miele o lo zucchero semolato.

- 500g di ricotta di pecora o formaggio fresco
- 200g di zucchero
- 3 uova
- scorza di due arance
- una bustina di zafferano
- 300/360g di semola fine
- Zucchero a velo per finitura (o miele se preferite)
